Exchanges & Returns
All Ink & Toner Cartridges carry a 6 month warranty. In the case you have an issue with an item please contact us to receive a RMA. After the RMA has been processed we will email a label to return the defective product. A replacement item will be shipped to the original address provided. If the defective item is not received within 15 days of the RMA being issued the replacement item will be charged to the customer credit card including shipping.
If an item is incorrectly ordered, you will need to obtain a RMA (you can access instructions on the RMA info page) to return all items. Once the item is received a refund for the priduct (shipping will not be refunded) will be credited back to the method of payment. All opened items will subjected to a 20% restocking fee. There are no refunds for the annual membership fee.
